We have put our many years of experience into the design and construction of the TOPRADECK swimming pool roof to allow you an optimum and very long bathing season. With the TOPRADECK swimming pool roof it is now possible for you to enjoy your pool without any additional heating from April to October. With the solar effect, the water temperature increases by 6 - 8°C. In all this, the water temperature at an average pool size is already more than 20°C in April and October.
The comfort
The devised and tested construction of the TOPRADECK swimming pool roof offers an unmatched operational comfort. The single elements of the froont hall and the back side are easily removed in a few moments. The single, lightweight semicircular pieces on smooth running special wheels with stainless steel ball bearings even can be easily moved from the children. In the evening the hall is quickly closed as well as locked.
The UV protection + No-drop cover
When exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, most thermpolastics suffer a deterioration of their mechanical properties and become unsightly. By constant research the industry succeeded in developing a product that considerably increases the resistance against UV aging. A patented surface coating protects polycarbonat double-webbed slabs against UV rays and provides excellent durability when exposed to weather due. As a thermoplastic glazing material, polycarbonat double-webbed slabs set new standards in the resistance against direct sunlight and other harmful UV sources. Even under long-standing, intensive UV radiation a perfect appearance and excellent impact resistance is preserved. Polycarbonat double-webbed slabs are the most demanding thermoplastic insulated glass units which the market offers for pool covers. With our "no drop" coating inside we offer another plus of quality... because the forming condensation does not drip, but runs off like a film on the inside of the polycarbonat.
The construction
The halls consist, according to the pool size, basically of several (usually 3-4), easily movable composite shells that run on stable and easy-care aluminium ralls. The seal between these composite shells occurs through double-lip seals.
The entrance into the hall depends on the location of pool entrance. Either forhead-sided by the lockable door or also at the side hall, in the composite shells, by a smooth sliding door.
The front ends of the TOPRADECK swimming pool roof are split and can easily be dismantled in shortest time. With an appropriate extension of the rails over the pool edgings, the composite shells can be moved completely behind the swimming pool... for a bathing fun in the open air.

The technique
The basic construction of the TOPRADECK swimming pool roof consists of modern, lightweight aluminum frames (alternatively powder-coated in different colors against extra charge), which give the swimming pool roof an excellent optic as well as an optimum stability.
The high insulating two-layer plastic glazing from 8 mm polycarbonate double-webbed slabs stores the warmth of the incident sunlight and thereby allows to rise the water temperature of the pool by 6 - 8°C.
With strong, external cooling, the pleasantly warm water will be stored and received ("greenhouse effect"). At extra cost, also available with 4 mm of polycarbonat solid material, crystal clear, but then inside without "no drop" coating.

The protection

Beyond this, TOPRADECK is the ideal protection against pollution: leaves, dust, environmental pollution and other interferences can't reduce the water quality of your pool any more. The Warranty
We grant on the polycarbonat double-webbed slabs, which are used in the TOPRADECK swimming pool cover, a 10-year limited warranty with the intent of discoloration, reducing of transparency and loss of stability because of the weather. We hand over your warranty certificate with the delivery of the TOPRADECK.
