The open air swimming pool heat pump with stainless steel heat exchanger as a classical solution causes no allergies, but is not suitable for all applications. The alternative - titanium heat exchanger. The heat pump with titan heat exchanger has all advantages of the classical device with stainless steel heat exchanger, but is characterized by absolute corrosion resistance against all water contaminants. The heat pump with titan heat exchanger is easily integraded into the pressure pipe to the pool, because this pressure pipe can be operated with the full water flow of the filter pump. The installation of a flow indicator is not required because the heat pump takes over this task.
A TOPRAS open air swimming pool heat pump extracts heat from the air and transmits them to the water. But what if the surrounding air is cooler than the desired water temperature? During the bathing season, the outdoor temperature is at an average level of +16°C. But the heat pump already works from +8°C economically. So even if it cooler and cloudy in summer, the unit can easily provide the heating for the pool water. In this point, the heat pump has an enormous advantage in comparison with other environmentally systems (like solar-collectors). More temperature constancy means more comfortable usage of your pool.
